Ceadogán Rugmakers Collaboration

Back in March this year, Lola travelled to Wexford to the home of Ceadogán Rugmakers with a view to designing her own wall hanging as part of an artist/designer collaboration. The result of this will be on display next January when Hang Tough Contemporary host ‘Island’ a group exhibition of 12 amazing artists, each exhibiting a one off rug or wall hanging to be auctioned off by Whyte’s Auctioneers with 50% of all profits going to the Peter McVerry Trust.

Island will take place in Hang Tough Contemporary on Exchequer Street, from 26th January 2023 to 5th February 2023 and along with Lola will feature Sean Atmos, Dorothy Cross, Alice Fitzgerald, Gottfried Helnwein, Colm Mac Athlaoich, Maser, Gilbert Menassa, Hannah Ni Mhaonaigh, Mary O’Connor, Sean Scully and Domino Whisker.
