Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of placing an order. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched containing your tracking information.
We ship registered post with An Post, Ireland’s local postal service. All items have a tracking number and require a signature on receipt and will be delivered by your local postal service.
Please email info@loladongohue.com should you wish to avail of courier service at an extra charge.
Delivery times
Ireland 1-2 working days.
UK and Europe 5-7 working days
Rest of World -7-10 working days
Delivery times are estimates and subject to local postal delays.
Customers are responsible for all custom and duty charges, if relevant please consult your government website for further information.
Returns
We are happy to accept your return once we are advised within 14 days of receipt. Returns are only valid when we are notified in advance and the item is returned to us within 28 days. Please email us at info@loladonoghue.com to advise of return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns will be credited once received and returns policy adhered to.
Unsuccessful delivery
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or you were not home to accept a delivery, redelivery will take place following payment of new delivery costs or a refund will be given.
Lost/Damaged items
If your piece gets lost or damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund. An item is considered lost if there is no record of it after 28 days and it is confirmed missing by the postal carrier.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please respond to your confirmation email requesting cancelation or email us at info@loladonoghue.com quoting your order number. If your order has not dispatched we will cancel your order and issue a refund. If your item has dispatched it will then fall under our returns policy.
