This is my fiancé Trevor Mortimer. To raise awareness, and much needed funds to deal with the ongoing homeless crisis in Ireland, he, along with 350 past and present GAA players, is taking part in a nationwide sleepout tomorrow night. Having worked abroad in some of the most poverty stricken countries in the world, he was stunned to return home and see the scale of homelessness here in Ireland. Cope Galway, one of the many charities benefiting from this massive fundraising drive, help homeless people with a range of services, including providing emergency accommodation.
Trevor is only one small part of it, but his one night in the cold, will hopefully prevent many from spending lots of nights in the cold this Christmas and beyond. There is a link in the bio for Trevor’s fundraising page.
Christmas is a time of giving, please give what you can, big or small, every donation helps 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Framing can make all the difference! I always love what @fox_dublin do with my pieces. This print on cottonrag paper is float mounted, raised on foam and finished in a gorgeous limed frame👌🏼👌🏼
